Many businesses select a professional contract hire provider to supply and operate their vehicles, and also entrust them with the management of their fleet. It is unusual for such a provider to constantly monitor a client’s fleet operating costs and suggest alternative vehicles or operating procedures in order to save client costs.
It would be impossible to ask providers to guarantee that every fleet management service and vehicle supplied on contract was offered at the most competitive rate in the market place, due to conflicting commercial objectives.

Ashbrooke’s independence enables us to constantly review vehicles and suppliers, always selecting the most reliable and cost effective for our clients’ needs. We manage each fleet in a partnership which genuinely seeks to act in the best interests of our clients by meeting their needs.
In this respect we act as an ‘off-payroll’ fleet manager for each client

Our Head office is based at Bollington, Cheshire and is equipped with the latest technology to enable fast and efficient communications by electronic mail; electronic file transfer, fax. etc.
To ensure the highest levels of driver support, we operate a driver ‘help-desk’ which is manned between 0830 and 1730 hours as a ‘one-stop-shop’.
We get to know your drivers on ‘first name terms’ when discussing vehicle requirements, delivery, operation, and most importantly when drivers need help or advice with a specific issue.
Drivers have the comfort of a 24-hour breakdown and accident recovery service.

All vehicle and driver records are held on a networked computer system ‘Eurofleet’ supplied and maintained by CFC Solutions.
This system is backed up regularly.
A duplicate system is maintained off-premises allowing business continuity in the event of theft, fire damage or data corruption.

Ashbrooke recently sponsored a car provided to the Chairman of the National Charity ‘Ladies Circle; Great Britain & Ireland’, in conjunction with Ford Motor Company.

Ashbrooke was one of three companies selected to feature in Ford Motor Company’s corporate video featuring the Ford Business Centre.
